1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeetWin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

MeetWin provides an AI-powered digital twin platform that can represent users in virtual meetings, generate post-meeting summaries, and automate communication workflows. The Service includes voice synthesis, persona modeling, calendar integrations, and related features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use MeetWin. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. MeetWin is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Impersonate another person without their explicit consent.
• Record, attend, or represent others in meetings without proper disclosure to all parties where required by law.
• Transmit or store unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the platform.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

6. Avatar & AI Persona

When you create an AI avatar using your likeness and voice, you grant MeetWin a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload, and that your use of the AI persona complies with all applicable consent and disclosure laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. MeetWin reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All technology, branding, and software underlying the Service are owned by MeetWin or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property other than the limited license to use the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MeetWin does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
