• Voice & biometric data: Voice recordings and video samples used to create your AI avatar, processed only with your explicit consent.
• Meeting data: Audio, transcripts, and metadata from meetings where your twin participates.
• Usage data: Log files, device info, IP addresses, and interaction patterns to improve the Service.
• Payment data: Billing information processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Create and operate your AI twin persona.
• Deliver meeting summaries, transcripts, and action items.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Improve model accuracy and platform performance.
• Send service updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We never sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your voice or biometric data to train general AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

4. Voice & Biometric Data

Voice cloning and avatar synthesis require sensitive biometric data. This data is:

• Encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256.
• Stored only as long as you maintain an active account.
• Deleted permanently within 30 days of account closure.
• Never shared with third parties except trusted infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your data with:

• Service providers: Cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and analytics partners who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal authorities: Where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We use essential cookies to operate the platform and optional analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after closure. Meeting transcripts and summaries are retained for 12 months by default and can be deleted on request. Biometric data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.

• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Withdraw consent for biometric data processing at any time.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including end-to-end encryption, regular penetration testing, and strict access controls. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

MeetWin is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities.
